About Me

An Albuquerque native and proud University of New Mexico School of Law grad, Nick has a passion for bringing out the best in New Mexico.  Nick is passionate about Albuquerque’s future economic growth and extends this passion to his work in real estate, where he strives to bring a conservative approach to helping accomplish the client’s needs and goals.  His legal and technology experience brings unique skills for his clients.

Before becoming a realtor, Nick obtained his math degree from the University of New Mexico and then went on to obtain his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Nick became a successful attorney first working for an Intellectual Property firm protecting the technology interest of businesses and corporations, and then for Fidelity Investments where he negotiated complex corporate contracts ranging from $500 million to $700 million. While the experience was invaluable, he found the work lacking in interpersonal communication and community development.  Nick joined the Second Judicial District Attorney’s office as a prosecutor for felony criminal cases and was quickly promoted to the Major Crimes Unit prosecuting homicides and other serious violent offenses. 

After leaving the District Attorney’s office, Nick was presented with a unique opportunity to join Keller Williams Commercial division and was tasked as Managing Director to develop and grow KW Commercial in Albuquerque. Nick provides his clients with a broad range of knowledgeable advice rare for a real estate agent. He strives to build long-lasting relationships with each client and has found clients appreciate having an advocate truly in their corner.

Whether buying or selling, Nick is there every step of the way, providing investment, financial, and market advice, superior knowledge of the transaction process, and expert contract negotiations, leaving clients satisfied after making their significant life decision. “I approach each transaction as if I am buying or selling the property myself.
